Spring Fever

This weekend our house was struck by a wave of spring fever, even Megan wanted to dress up for spring. Too bad today it's cold, wet, and dreary. I guess we will just have to keep hoping.

What we've been up to:

Megan had her 2 month shots this past Tuesday, so we have been spending most of the week at home. Since Megan was not feeling well and wanted to be close, she got to ride in her sling and cook dinner with Daddy. Can you say Chef Megan!! On Thursday afternoon when she was finally feeling better, we headed out on a bargain hunt. Our favorite find were glittery letters to hang in her room, aren't they sweet.



The little girl that used to SCREAM through every bath, has just this week decided that bath time can be fun. No rubber ducky yet, but maybe the Easter bunny will bring one.




Finally, today with the sun shining and the temperature in the mid 40 degrees, we decided it was time for Megan's 1st trip to Cold Stone. She couldn't decide which ice cream was her favorite, she'll just have to keep sampling!

We hope that everyone out there in the blogosphere is enjoying the sunshine!!

How Our Life Has Changed

This change looks really good on us!!

Growing like a weed-2 Months Old

Megan, we can't believe that you are 2 months old already.

Here is what you have been up to~

*you are so alert and love to look around at things, especially the ceiling fan

*you are wearing size 1 diapers

*you are 9lbs 8oz and 23.5inches long (you are going to be a tall girl)

*you are wearing 3 month clothes and have even grown out of a few of your 3 month outfits

*you are eating every 2.5 to 3 hours

*recently you started sleeping in your crib and are sleeping in there from 10pm to 3-4am, getting up to eat, and then go back to bed until 7-8am

*you love your Gram and frequently nap "heart to heart"-laying on her chest

*you love to watch TV and were thrilled with the Winter Olympics

*you recently started sitting up in your Bumbo and do this while we eat dinner (sitting on the table)

*you love to talk and smile at Momma

You are getting to be such a Big girl, try not to grow up too fast.

Next week we are taking you on your first overnight to MI to introduce you friends and family. We know that they will all love you and it will be a great trip.
